    Hello Ingrid,
    Nice to see you again.
Ah yes, somethings can be really annoying.
I missed the esfp video, I will try to check out later.
That's a bit sad , what is happening at your workplace. I hope it will change somehow.
    Thanks for sharing.
It was good listening to you.
    Take care

I'd be careful in using Meyers-Briggs to rationalize certain relationship dynamics you observe with others. People are far, far, far more complicated than this test can account for, and people not getting along is likely far more complicated than mere archetypal personality type assignments.

It seems your boss is ranking your colleagues based on the position of Si in their respective stacks. Which is basically ranking people by their obedience to rules/authority. IxSJs have Si 1st, INFPs have Si 3rd, and ESFPs don't have Si in the conscious part of their stacks. That would make an order looking like ISxJ (Si 1st) > ESxJ (Si 2nd) > INxP (Si 3rd) > everything else. The only thing not matching this little theory is ENFJs not having Si in their conscious stack. Maybe he/she is an ESFJ, and has Si 2nd ?

@@RayanLegris hmm interesting theory. Maybe my friend is ESFJ instead. But my supervisor is ISFJ and she's not treated great either, probably because she doesn't schmooze my boss lol
