Hi there!!! Thank you, first off, for all the educational videos. So grateful to have this paired with the book! My baby averages eating around 40-50 minutes per feeding session. She is currently struggling with acid reflux/colic and the doctor has advised keeping her upright (after feeding) anywhere from 10-20 minutes to help with that She will be 6 weeks old on Thursday. What advice can you give so that I'm staying within a 45-60 minutes wake window? I'm struggling with 45 minute naps during the day. But she sleeps very well in the evening. She is being exclusively breastfed. But, I wonder if she would eat more efficiently if she was taking it from a bottle instead? Would love your thoughts if at all possible. 💞😇
Hello! You are so welcome. My second baby had reflux. That definitely makes it harder to do a schedule. One thing to know is she will get faster at eating. Make sure you see my posts or videos on how long a baby feed is so you are positive she is eating that whole time and not taking little naps during that time. I will link a post on reflux to help you out with that: www.babywisemom.com/bw-and-reflux/
