I just installed mine last night. Super easy install, I had to bend a corner that goes over the inside door plastic, I'm sure from shipping. It took a hour'ish after the paint dried of course.
Tested these out at sand hollow this weekend, made great pivot point for the machine. Any recommendations for a skid plate that will mount up easy with the sliders?
@@marshallmiller4169 Nothing is a direct bolt on. We have thought about changing the design to match the superatv skid, but I haven’t gotten a lot of request to do so. wouldn’t be a bad idea
I looked at so many different options for my krx4 es and there’s a lot out there. I ended up going with these and they installed super easy. I spent the extra money on the delrin plates and it’s worth the extra money. If you’re planning on driving these machines hard these are hands down the best rock sliders on the market. They are expensive but after putting them on and seeing how crazy heavy duty they are. I made the right choice. I used a spray on black bed liner and it works awesome to prevent scratching and rust. I will say they are heavy as hell so if you don’t have a lift you’re going to want a hand putting them on. I love the added step that’s built in and I will say they really make the machine look aggressive and tough.
New to the sxs world but 30+ years of off roading. Im looking for a set of good sliders but only want to buy once. These look very good (cool) but im concerned about the holes. The concern is getting packed with mud? How easy would it be to get out so it dont sit in there and wrot? Wouldn't the holes be a hang up on jagged rock?
do you mean the mounting holes? Yes mud can get in their, but we cant remove more protection so it cleans out more easily. They would be weaker. They are heavy, but simple to remove to clean. IMO these are the only real sliders on the market. Customers can chime in here.
I’m a little confused! I’m also a novice about this stuff but trying to learn. How about skid plates? I’m seeing several different materials out there, any suggestions or input?
Yes we use and sell the superatv skid plate. There is no magic formula for plastic under your machine. It’s pricing and the quality of the one we sell is good. We use it with our rock-sliders.
So you're saying the door gaps are supposed to be crooked and gapped like they are? I just purchased a krx4 special today and not only are the door gaps horrible but they don't shut flush with the machine at all..not a fan of that for sure.
Man You would be like the coolest neighbor haha. Love all your KRX videos!
Looks like a great product. If I get a Krx I’ll definitely order a set.
Nice Jake, thank you and your team for the detailed video on both cars .

that would be odd if that was bent in shipping. You never know though.
It wasn't anything I was worried about, could have even been the plastic inside the door was a little higher just fought me for a second.

Hi do you still make these and do you have them for the 2 seater
We do. We also have another video on this channel for them and have them on our website for sale.

That is correct. Over sometime they will start to settle in as the frame flattens
Make a video on a krx 2 seater
