An absolute masterpiece. Thank you to the outstanding camera crew and the narration from Sir David Attenborough. Also thanks to Netflix for putting this on TH-cam for free. I would like to find the 5200 that disliked this and find out why.
Maybe they just didn't like it.

Thanks Netflix for uploading these precious videos .Hope they will generate some awareness about environment.
I absolutely love how Netflix uploads this for free, and how they have taken the clips of these marvelous creatures
I have a Netflix subscription and I'm still watching this on TH-cam somehow
For some reason the quality drops in Netflix and doesn’t improve for sometime so I am watching it here now :/

Why is no one talking about the Alcon blue butterfly's life cycle....that is even better than the Trojan horse story....its like the greatest non-violent con i've ever heard of...just mind blowing.
I totally agree with you, i was amazed by this part of the documentary. I could not even imagine that this was possible.... Conning ants! As you said, mind blowing. Nature will never cease to amaze me.
Agreed. Reminds me of certain political leaders and their base.
They look like rich people that have a lot of servants 🤣
they're incredible indeed. I live in Transylvania, we have beautiful mountain hay meadows, and I was lucky enough to go on a field research with a butterfly specialist to search for these little guys. They're rare and protected because of their specialised lifestyle.

It will be a gut wrenching sad day when Sir David Attenborough passes away. Turned 98 May 8, 2024. (born 1925) He dedicated his entire life to nature. Watching from Switzerland, Oct. 8, 2024
I forgotten myself during watching this masterpiece of documentaries. Thanks to Netflix. beautiful background music. inspirable stunning shots. The way they made documentary from the selected stories was truly appreciable.
Nice having shows like this to educate us and appreciate things that we take for granted. Netflix thank you!
Truly grateful that they spend so much time capturing these amazing moments in wildlife and then sharing it with us freely. I grew up watching wildlife documentaries and always loved how it destresses and calms my mind.
I just can’t imagine how much effort the people behind the scenes take to get these amazing shots. Also, the time it takes to get these facts, shots, and difficulties along the way.

Sir David Attenborough voice is magical 🥺🙏
They really need to capture his voice an teach an AI to speak. Sooner than later he will be gone and with him the magic. I hardly can imagine someone else could possibly reach the "Attenborough-story teller status"
@@Merkenau You don't need him to be alive to capture his voice, lol. He could be dead for a thousand years and you could still create his voice in AI. All you need is the person talking and you're done and the guy has been doing it for coming up to 70 years, plenty of voice material.
@@Kyle_Hubbard Sure, but it has to be absolutely perfect and I thought, that at a certain pronunciation of new words you reach your limits. So he has to say a list of syllables in different phonations and speeds so you could merge every possible word from there on. But I have no clue about speech AI learning. I just know the crappy text to speech programs right now.
