SpineCare Decompression and Chiropractic Center do you have any tips on how to adjust your back when you’re pregnant and also have spina bifida? Really bad anxiety and get so nervous having to meet with doctors and chiropractors I’ve never met

I slept in a bad position last night and literally woke up crying from pain on my neck and shoulders. Thanks to stretching my shoulder pain got manageable, but I had this one spot on my neck that was really sore and no stretching could help, but then I saw your video. Both sides popped and all of the pain went away :D
All that's left is some light muscle pain because of the inflammation (for sleeping in a bad position) but that's a lot easier to deal with than not being able to move my neck from the pain. Thank you so much! 🙏

This worked out well for me as well, and the left side released some on it's own on the third time.
I'm attempting to work with these excercises more and make a conscious effort to NOT attempt to crack my neck with rotating movements which I a bit of a task in and of itself because I've been cracking my neck using some rotating movements for years.
Feels like I'm trying to break a bad habit.

I experimented with towels a lot and if this is not working just use a bigger towel and elevate your head until it's not touching the ground anymore so the gravity will pull your head away from your body and decompress your cervical vertebrae. But be carefull and start slowly and pay attention to pain and the angle of your head so you don't over do it.

Was scared to touch my neck since I used to just turn to right or left suddenly and get those cracks some ten years back but due to mobike over use and bending had severe neck pain and was admitted to hospital for a week and put on traction for a week and then weekly visits. Some neck strengthening exercises will help like the heck tuck and hold move left or right or up n down using hands as resistance.
Thanks to Doctor for his tips. Will try most of them and revert ASAP.
God bless such generous helpful doctors.

Hi - so I did this successfully.
I swear, there is a significant reduction in frequency and severity of my eye floaters. I feel strange typing this...
    Is that possible/ common/ uncommon???
    Any guidance appreciated

Rachel, I go to the chiro for exactly that. They can use an activator low impact instrument and it helps a bunch. I personally prefer the manual adjustment, but that's for people with advanced experience receiving chiropractic care, since it's a little rough on the jaw initially. It just seems to make the adjustment stick better for longer periods for me.
Check/feel your C1/atlas cervical vertebrae on the same side, as there could be some involvement there too. Inner ear issues can also contribute, since all 3 of these bony processes intersect in a very small area and can affect one another.
