I have never done " resistance breathing. " Something about this technique feels "right" to me. I will work with it going forward. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you, that was very helpful. The last one , mimicking the movement of the lungs breathing was really good.

These were very helpful. I learned some new techniques and especially love the one where you rock or sway.

Thanks, Tanner! The performance anxiety came back just when I thought I'd conquered it. This helped hugely, much appreciated. (Oddly, I really like making very small movements for a change, as I could feel the Xi energy in my fingers.)

Hi Tanner, your videos are so helpful. I have ME 17 years and neuroplastic pain for 2 1/2 years in my hips and one bottom. They started after a very stressful 2020. I began to use your techniques and some others. Right now it’s all over the place, one day real bad the next better, same at night. Is this the brain fighting the change?

I'm so glad my videos are helpful. Of course I cannot say directly for your case if your brain fighting back is what is causing your pain to move all over. However, generally when treating neuroplastic pain, the pain has become a reinforced behaviour so the brain often doesn't go down with out a fight. Happy healing!

@@painpsychotherapy Thankks, that’s so good to know Tanner! I was wondering if tha as the cause of my pain rather increasing a bit. Guess it will take some months to experience change for better?

Ditto. I've had me cfs for decades. Doing this work is helping but I'm now switching between very good and very bad days, fast. I think it's the nervous system trying to find homeostasis. ❤

Hi Tanner, thanks for another help full video. I notice when you inhale you do it gently, you don't completely fill your lungs with air. I like to do that, but that makes it hard to make the exhale longer than mine inhale. I know your channel is educational. But here (the Netherlands) you can get some therapy for free, after that you can get a therapist but you have to pay a lot of money. So i am my own therapist. (and is working). Workgroups like the ones from Curable i would love to join them, but they are very expensive. So that's a no go. I know that this channel is not for this kind of debate or discussion, but it makes me really, really sad thinking of all those people with chronic pain and no money. 😥

I'm sorry to hear this and know this can be an issue. I will continue to try and make good informational/educational videos for those who can't afford therapeutic services.
