    Thank you Pavel for this workout. I’m planning to do 2 rounds of it with 1min break between. Adding 5 min warmup and 5 min intensive finisher to “empty the tank” will make it complete workout for today

      Great plan Felix. 2 rounds and warm up will make it a decent workout. Extra finisher be a cherry at the top :) enjoy mate

      I noticed the missing sounds as well when I kept doing bike crunches wondering “will it end soon?” 😂

    A great looking full body workout.
    I miss the list of exercises in the description.
    It's also great if you post this full list at the beginning of the movie.
    It is easier to choose a workout without watching it all.

    Great work out Pavel…missing the beeps at the end of set 14 so unable to see the screen 80 odd seconds of bicycle crunches were a bit of a cheeky finish
