    Every woman needs to know how to properly work these muscles! I'm so very grateful you put in the time to study and find what works best; as usual, your visualizations and even the on-screen models were so helpful! I'm only a little sad this came out in my 32nd week of pregnancy, but I'll be trying to incorporate this weekly until delivery. Thank you so much.

      Dinah, congrats on 32 weeks along with this baby! I'm so glad you're still able to use this routine as needed through the remainder of your pregnancy and even sprinkle it in as a *supplement* when you aren postpartum in addition to the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and a *maintenance* for beyond. I'm excited for you!

    I'm almost 5 years PP and when I was doing the kegel exercises in the 12 week program I had success. Soon as I stopped...stress leaks again! I appreciate you Ashley! Thanks for this❤❤

    I needed this SO badly. I am 2 years PP and I still have issues with my prolapse. Thank you Ashley!!!

    Thank you, Ashley! 31 weeks with baby #6. So much is out of place despite regular workouts. Did this today because I’ve been experiencing a lot of low back pain this week. Hoping it helps with my day:)

    I’m in my 2nd tri with baby #2 and cannot not pee my pants when I sneeze unless I kegel at the exact right time 😭 I really needed this video I’m going to incorporate these into my workout routine for the rest of my life

      Congratulations on your second baby on the way! What you described is quite normal for 2nd and 3rd trimesters. This will help tremendously and ensure you don't have further decline into 3rd trimester. SO GLAD you are here; aim to do this once per week. I call it "Maintenance Monday's" for myself.

    This video is incredibly beneficial and timely; thank you so much! I was just asking my OB about pelvic floor exercises beyond kegels because I’m feeling both tightness and weakness at 18 weeks along with baby #2. I look forward to doing this weekly the rest of my pregnancy!

    These past 2 weeks I’ve had a terrible cough and realized I need some more pelvic floor maintenance even though I’m 13 months postpartum. I felt great after the 12 week postpartum plan and 10 minute plan, but I need to add in a “maintenance” routine too.

    I was so excited to get an email from you that this video was available. I’m 3 1/2 years postpartum from baby number 2 and I have seen a pelvic floor PT, done your postpartum program and even Jessica Valant Pilates pelvic floor videos, which have all helped and made a difference but I’ve always wondered about maintaining my pelvic floor without over doing it. I look forward to trying this out. Thank you Ashley 💜 PS I’m on week 6 of Firm 30 and love it!

      WELL DONE on week 6 of Firm30 Jennifer! I am so impressed to hear this from you because it isn't for weaklings. ; ) Supplemental maintenance is always beneficial for us as mothers. Let me know how this treats you once you get time to try it out!

    • @testimonialsglowbodypt
      @testimonialsglowbodypt 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Absolutely yes- this is going to help you postpartum as well. Consider it a *supplement* to the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan to fit in on a recovery day 😊

      I was wondering this too but at the end of her email she said yes! This for us in postpartum too ❤️

    • @glowbodypt
      @glowbodypt  3 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      ABSOLUTELY YES! This will benefit you tremendously in the postpartum season and beyond. I think of it as *Maintenance Monday* routine when I'm pregnant (that's when I'm most prone to leaks) but you can sprinkle it in as a supplement on top of the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan when time allows or whenever you feel like you need a booster down there. : ) Once per week is ideal; more than that is unnecessary.

    Loved this video, thank you! I'm 18 weeks with baby number 5 and trying to maintain after some prolapse last pregnancy. Maybe I missed you mentioning this, but is once a week enough? Plys other pelvic floor work through the week? Thank you for all your videos, I'm really enjoying staying fit with a small amount of time in a busy household :)

    • @glowbodypt
      @glowbodypt  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Once per week is the goal! I mentioned this in my email (are you on my email list yet??) but I consider it "Maintenance Mondays" or you can do it on a recovery goal since it's less of a workout and much more of prehab and rehab for your lady parts.
