    Thank you for this video. I watched it yesterday. Today I had a triggering emotion that was really hurtful. I remembered what you said about putting it on the shelf and go back later on to address it. It worked beautifully. I used somatic to release it later on.
    I found you on the broadcast of the Mindful Gardener, I also have gone through mold toxicity and i have MCS .
    I appreciate all the golden nuggets that you have given me to continue the healing journey.
