I am glad to know I am doing most of these. Newness in meditation seems like it combines too. Every sit feels new and with an open inquisitive mind I can't help but see each moment is new, thank you so much!

I love that things that are already enjoyable also increase neuroplasticity. I’m a big fan of new experiences, meditation, movement, and of course sleep!

There's a way, similar to enriched environment, called "Image Streaming", specifically IRL variation, when you consciously and rigourously observe the world in maximum detail and narrate, explain everything you see to yourself, if possible aloud, if not then silently. Experienced practitioners use non verbal variety, in which they kinda "get" the nature of things directly.
Basically, another, more analytical form of dynamic day-to-day meditation.

Better give a concrete example of #7, as keeping it so abstract does not help see what it means in practice

Meditation has been shown in many studies to help those dealing with chronic pain. It helps to change your relationship with your thoughts about the pain, which eases suffering. I wish you all the best on your journey.

Connect a speaker 16W or more, blasting Hip hop, after results will blow your mind. Follow by Happy Mother's Day songs. Hip-hop legends classic actually fireworks in your brain, you will feel good, no more bad mood, bad anger. A speaker playing hip-hop legends classic will change you. It must be speakers, don't earphones.

Feeling good and being good is two completely different things, and what is it that you consider to be classics?
The lyrics in itself can be very toxic and if you are trying to create new thoughts of a better life then why listen to songs that usually are about getting "made" at the cost of adding to the destruction of your nation only to squander it purchasing luxury items. Most rappers exploit others as they were initially exploited.

Pilates; Not yoga! The former is 100% scientific while the latter is a cult.
And I’m highly skeptical about “fasting”. When the body and the cells are hungry they’ll let you know. Why starve the body? Doesn’t make sense.

The study you are referencing has quite a few issues, such as smokers and non-smokers were all included and there were many more smokers in the ones you are referring to. There has been quite a few analysis on the study saying it was very poorly run.

Hi - Thank you so much. You are a real sweetie. 🪷
I’m 78 and have generalized anxiety, so I find it very hard to meditate and, believe me, I have tried. Someone told me that I needed to move to meditate. I think that may be so. Now you say there are 300 ways to meditate - tell me, please. I uploaded the app, so I’ll check it out. Again, thanks much 🙂🌷🌱

Follow Dr Joe Dispenza regarding meditation. He says.. if you can bring your mind and body back to the meditation. That's a win. It's all about overcoming yourself.. don't be too hard on yourself either.. When you do meditate, and you find your mind spinning into all kinds of directions.. slowly bring it back to the meditation and continue.. doesn't matter how many times this happens.. it's not a fail.
