I don't pay much attention to the thumbnails cause I'm looking forward to the content. Just love your videos, and the podcast too😊 I can feel they are helping me just watching them over the time. You have given me some new perspectives❤
Hi Sarah, the thumbnails don’t bother me at all - when I see the thumbnail all I know is „hey, another video from Sarah ❤❤“ 🤷♀️ I am so, so glad and thankful that I found you and your channel. You’re the only one I am listening to and find help. ❤❤❤ Warm greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 ❤
I have never consciously paid attention to the thumbnails, but now you've brought it to our attention, I LIKE them. I just scrolled through the homepage of your channel and my emotional response is that I find them fun and normalizing.
I thought and did the same thing, with the same resulting feeling! Excellent videos, always helpful in a kind and gentle manner. Issues are explained so well!
I think I must focus on what’s written in the thumbnail, as I’ve never noticed you eating anything 😂 I watch everything you make regardless of title or picture.
What I've been learning about getting better from chronic fatigue is that you need to calm the nervous system down. I guess chronic fatigue and overeating are similar with that.
30 years of binge eating ended as soon as I went low carb - eliminate sugar, grains and starchy carbs . I still fall off the wagon occasionally, but food no longer rules my life.
I think that seeing you with food, especially the kind we recognize as binge-related makes your videos seem like they might have the "answer" to our problem. Seeing you without the food makes it seem like it will be more of a lecture. Like others have commented, those who value your content will eatch regardless. ❤
Hmmm, I haven’t quite figured out what my problem is yet. But I know I get the intense cravings and because it tastes so good, I just keep eating and because I know it is not something I normally allow myself to do, I eat as much as possible, I think because I have FOMO. I feel like, I just can’t eat certain food or I will binge eat it. I need to get rid of the cravings all together somehow.
I've come to realize from my own experience, that it is not how much I eat but what I eat. For me,....... carbs beget carbs. Same with fast food and processed food. Eating whole and real foods, though not quick and easy has halted my binge eating. It is liberating. 😊
Yes! Being alone for the weekend, always alone does it for me. Thank you for your video.

I could care less about the thumbnails. You could have simple text and I’ll still click on it. Keep up the great work!

I'm glad you've found something that works for you ❤
Thank you so much. I love your videos. I always get so much out of them. ❤
Your words are medicine. Thumbnail matters not a bit to me. I am here to learn from you.
Good news, your work matters 🎉
Thank you
You always nail it.

Watch, not "eatch". Typo (the e is right next to the w, but maybe a hidden message there? 😮
@@UnadornedInIndiana Interesting. Thanks for taking a moment to offer that perspective ❤️

Go for the thumbnail click bait if you need to, if it helps more people see your videos it is a good thing ❤
I feel like I am all of these examples of triggering a binge!😬
What is a thumbnail?
I think it's the title page or title image for the video
The picture and whatever is written on it that you see before you click the video.
I don't have opinion either way on thumbnail. I hear what you say but struggle. I'm trying not to restrict but my gp tells me to lose weight. Help!
