my knees always crack, fact of life. at some point during this and the 20' rest day mobility my knees stopped aching and cracking, i haven't felt pain-free or without cracking all over the place in over 9 years, i can't believe the beauty of being able to move without pain or limitations! danke sehr julia, wirklich! danke
Oh my, the knees over toes transitions were wild! This is one of those moves the knees rarely get, and it will help so much. Danke Julia!

OH JULIA!!! Loved this one a lot. Rest day for me this am, so woke up and did this before work just to get ready to start my day. I loved every moment. The lying t-spine rotation was the bomb 💣 😊 Felt amazing on the spine. The laying hip cars were also great. You just have so many wonderful moves. I look forward to seeing what you put together.

the easiest way to form a workout habit is to find out what’s FUN 😍 less resistance to overcome, more movement 👏🏼🤗

I am amazed at all the different variations of movements you come up with in small 8 minute routines, to your lengthier, more technical flows. Alone, lots of hard work, do you also do your own editing? I've noticed alot of people never mention the hard work it takes, just to maintain the shape and form of a fit body, so good on you and keep it up. Any ideas for the Achilles area, stretch or not to stretch?
Thank you sm 🙏🏼 I do do all the editing myself right now but looking to outsource it in the future ☺️. Unfortunately I don’t know your specific achilles issue - so can’t give you tailored advice. I do focus on calf stretches a lot + rolling them out whenever my achilles act up. Try for yourself but make sure to consult someone in person if it’s injury-related 🙏🏼
@@julia.reppel Thank you for the honest answer, so went to a doc here in Vegas and said a small tear and tendon flare up, yay. I have started to use some of your ankle and calf/ lower body routines from different videos you have done, slowly, seems to be working, just have to know when enough is enough. Usually not that daa on physical things, just cannot stand doctors (no offense if that is what you're going to university for) here, reason they call them "Practicing" physicians :) Keep up the fantastic work, I know this is aimed more for women, just saying, guys should take advantage of the knowledge also, been at least six months now and with some of the items picked off your channel, definitely more flexible if anything, so thank you.
You always bring such innovation and it all feels so good 💖
