Many of the cranes I used to drive,Had this setup.Most of them would slip because folks would drive with that brake on.Trucks with normal emergency brakes also didn't hold.Same reason folks would drive with the brake engaged.
Im a new rv owner i got a 1994 fleetwood p30 model Anyways i have a similar issue but my parking brake symbol pops up when i put it in drive but goes away when its in park any ideas

Good video, going out to try this on my 1997 Itasca today. This is the only thing pending inspection.

that would be the hyd auto park break located at the end of trans. lots of info on youtube.
