    For people that have no one to practice with or no defenders to workout with you here are some tips for training
    1. Use a chair as a fake defender dont do stationary drills do in game moves
    2. Get a Skills D-Man off of Amazon
    3. Take as many in game situations and drills as you can, never do stationary drills or weak shoot around
    Good video tho by any means 💪🏾

      @@zaygetup I get what your saying. Pretty much don't make stationary drills the main course in your workouts. Just an appetizer is enough.

    This video exceeded my expectations. I tried these drills and I found I'm moving better and faster! As an added bonus I found practicing that "floatiness" helped reduce strain on my joints.

    my juco college conference plays a lot of man to man coverage... everytime i touch the ball it’s just me and my man but i feel like i do the same moves and it gets predictable (i get by them any time i want btw) i sometimes get stuck holding the ball triple threat then scoring, barely dribble moves strictly speed. but this vid can help set me up to score more loosely yet precise and different..... i average 18.5 ppg in three games btw 🤲🏽

    • @teddytibbs2032
      @teddytibbs2032 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Tell me more about your triple threat technique to get past defenders, you read defender's movement first? Which way do you often go? Congratulations on the 18.5 ppg btw! I am also getting more comfortable dribbling past defenders, but am coming back from a 7 year injury so am adjusting and finding tips to reach the rim..

    • @Ans3ra
      @Ans3ra 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@teddytibbs2032 Try getting your defender to lean a bit with a jab or pump fake and then attack their top foot so they have to rotate their whole body in order to recover. If your defender is trying to force you one way, make them think you're going where they want you and then change directions to attack their top foot (make sure to stay close to their shoulder as you pass them). Staying close will give the defender a harder time because they have to turn almost 180 degrees.

    • @teddytibbs2032

      @@Ans3ra That is really good info man, I will actually apply that concept of moving in the direction they want then quickly shifting while close to their top foot, with other moves. Thanks
