How to make Trinidad Fry Bake without yeast

Fry Bake is a mixture of flour, raising agents you can use yeast or baking powder, salt and sugar butter or shortening or even both, you can enjoy them with almost any filling, shark, saltfish buljol, cheese, butter and the list goes on. Today i had mines with Avacado or in Trinidad its called Zaboca
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp.salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 cup water
