All Trinis who don't know how to make roti, this is the recipe you need!
Mine came out soft and silky when rolled out, and flaky and light when cooked.
I used ghee and butter as my spread. First time I ever got a good result after trying 3 different recipes.
    Thanks Natasha!

Hands down best recipe! For those who want a smaller batch, I always half it and get 6 8” roti. I also add 1/4 tsp salt for a half batch or 1/2 tsp salt for the full recipe!

Your step by steps videos are the easiest to follow. Never in a million years did i ever believe i would be able to make buss up shut but thanks to you i did, and today would be my second time doing it. The first time i did it my uncle who once was lived in Trinidad told me he thought he was back there lol. Now my friends tease me by referring to me as "cooking with Pasha". Thank you Natasha, whenever i think of trying something new i go to your channel to see i can find a recipe and i am never disappointed. You are the best. Thank u.

Time consuming, but looks well worth it! I'm going try the recipe, it looks delicious!
I'm going to also try making your doubles receipe. Where do you find good quality curry at? Do you know of any places out here in Brooklyn, NY?

Use Chief curry brand for all your Trini curry dishes. THere are several Chefs on Foodie Nation that will teach you how to make GREAT curry. As well as Natasha

Just made this today but cut the recipe in half as it's just for 2 of us. I'm not good at making any roti. Only tried sada before and I hardly make it. Tried this recipe today and it was definitely a hit!! I usually buy paratha but now that I can make it, I'll make it. Thanks Natasha! 👏

I’ve heard much about your video to make this roti and I’ve finally watched. I think I will try it today! I remember watching my father when I was little and all of your steps are what he did.
