THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!! I promise you are doing God's work by sharing your recipes and techniques. This video answered all my questions so I was able to perfect my dhalpuri. As a born and bred Trini woman of a certain age that loves to cook and eat our cuisine I feel so content now. Thank you Natasha 💜🦋
Good recipe. My mother also fried the ground split peas to extract any excess moisture and then added the toasted ground cumin (geera). In the old days, without refrigeration, the daalpuri lasted for a day or so longer when the excess moisture was extracted.
Hi Natasha I also boil more dhal and grind because when I also want to make dhalpuri I always have grind dhal in my freezer your rotis looks delicious enjoy your weekend bye.
Thank you for sharing your recipe. I tried it today and it came out great. Ps:the water was too much for the flour, I know it could be the type of flour and temperature difference as well. Grateful 🙏🩷
Love how you show step by step in all your videos i tried your season fry bake receipe&it came out perfect thank you natasha my family loved it ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
Parching becomes necessary if the ground dahl is too heavy with moisture . Please monitor carefully the boiling of the peas as Natasha has shown. It must not become mushy .so parching to get out the extra moisture is fine

Helps activate the gluten
Hi was wondering if warm milk can be used to knead flour instead of water.
Yes you can!
You didn’t add the baking soda eith the baking powder this time.
