Just open the pack or bag u put it into. Air Will Enter it😂 Then make it soft. Next time u make it use more egg and double the baking powder fry for only 3-5 mins. That Will give u the soft bite ok😍

You Can make it without bakingpowder but the chinchin outcome Will not rise, just small small sized and hard.

Chin chin butter should be at room temperature not melted bc it will be fried not baked
