That is the first time I've ever viewed the slicing of a red pepper from inside the red pepper 😆 Very cool. When I saw it was a nine minute video I almost didn't press play but the way your video is shot/video quality and the sound quality were excellent and very relaxing to watch. The high resolution was impressive and being able to see the water droplets from the freshly washed vegetables was very appealing. I am inspired to try make this meal. Thank you

I actually squeeze out grated potatoes as that reduces the amount of starch in the dish. Grated zucchini mixed with a beaten egg is also an option. The egg will bind the zucchini together.

I’m not sure if I’ll like it mostly because of the carrots. It is, however, a very nutritious side dish. I do compliment your presentation skills, your clean workspace, the fact that the viewer can learn much from your kitchen skills, and of course your cameraman’s creativity and competence. While it’s a little slow, I think you probably find cooking therapeutic, it’s just a little slow to watch. However it’s probably more helpful that the ones that are ridiculously fast and they don’t even tell you the ingredients

Как вариант снимать как привычно делает, а при обработке видео ускорить темп, и на ускор накладывать озвучку.

What beautiful filming! Exceptional and full credit to the person doing the filming. The sound of the vegetables crunch when you slice them sounds so fresh. I will most definitely be trying this recipe. My only complaint, and it's a tiny one, I don't like the sound of someone eating a carrot! 😅 But that's just me, so don't be offended please. Superb video otherwise and so very easy to follow. 💖
А на взгляд можно ускорить и сделать на простой сковороде и быстрее в разы. Да, когда что-то трётся то только сверху вниз не надо елозить по терке туда-сюда. 😮😮😮😢

No, the videos are not too slow. The close up camera work is a visual treat. If I ever need to cook for someone else I will try this minus onions as I am allergic to them.
