    I’ve noticed a big improvement in my posture and a much more awareness in my posture. I find myself correcting my posture throughout the day and you’ve helped me understand and appreciate the importance of posture and the spine especially as I am getting older. I also feel it helps me focus, relax and switch off for a while each day which helps decrease my stress levels.

    This is really works on me... My posture is getting better and I do this almost everyday.. Because it's only take 13 minutes in your life..

    it feel good right after doing it. i have 12° doctor says its mild scolio but it can get worse when i carry heavy things. so its nice to see there are exercise for us like this thanks..

    Thank you so much for this video! I am currently in PT for chronic spasms in my levator scapulae due to weak mid-trapezius muscles and poor posture. I am finding your videos to be an excellent addition to my PT exercises.

    Thanks so mucu for your video on posture etc. I have been struggling with Fibromialgyea for months and been in such pain that I couldn't get out of bed on some days. But your videos have helped me so much

    Just learning pilates. Thank-you for your easy to understand explanations of the proper technique and reasons. I have Rt wrist pain and Lt shoulder weakness. Is it okay to stress these joints?

    How long should you do this before graduating to "proper" pilates. I've been doing it 4 days a week for 5 weeks. It's helped a lot but it's getting easy.

    Thank you for the videos you share! Your sequences and comments are very helpful. I've always wanted to do pilates, but I wanted to it the right way. I like that you explain variations for different conditions that we have. I'm still at the very beginner sequence that you share (just want to make sure I got the idea of how I'm supposed to move in pilates). However, my posture is very poor so I would like to include posture (and hip flexors) exercises into my pilates routine. What is the best way to do it?

    That felt really good!!! Thank you! :) Question: I don't have enough room in my bedroom to do the forward leg swing. Can I do Pilates on my bed or is the surface considered too soft? I don't have other rooms to do Pilates.

      The most difficult part is swim pose.It is v hard for me to lift my chest and then u say abt swim😀.I hv one baby girl and I can't carry her without making a hunch back.When I carry her in bed I need some support to carry her.Plz can u suggest me something easy to get a start
