I’ve noticed a big improvement in my posture and a much more awareness in my posture. I find myself correcting my posture throughout the day and you’ve helped me understand and appreciate the importance of posture and the spine especially as I am getting older. I also feel it helps me focus, relax and switch off for a while each day which helps decrease my stress levels. Thanks a million Jessica x

How long should you do this before graduating to "proper" pilates. I've been doing it 4 days a week for 5 weeks. It's helped a lot but it's getting easy.

I like that you explain variations for different conditions that we have. I'm still at the very beginner sequence that you share (just want to make sure I got the idea of how I'm supposed to move in pilates). However, my posture is very poor so I would like to include posture (and hip flexors) exercises into my pilates routine. What is the best way to do it?

The most difficult part is swim pose.It is v hard for me to lift my chest and then u say abt swim😀.I hv one baby girl and I can't carry her without making a hunch back.When I carry her in bed I need some support to carry her.Plz can u suggest me something easy to get a start
