That's because it takes 2 minutes after the water is boiled, it says so on the instructions too, add maggi to boiling water. It's just maggi advertises in India as total time = 2 minute with the whole do minute mein khushiyan schtick but the packet never lies.

Finally someone agrees with me. Maggi tastes bland! The only flavour is in the soup, noodles have no flavour.
@@nitadevii365 Personally maggi doesn’t feel bland to me because I leave very less soup so the noodles are forced to absorb more of the masala. But that still doesn’t satisfy me so I add chilli powder and pepper too. I’d add even more but then the OG flavour of maggi would be lost… 🫠

@@parnikajangam8005 hmmm I think it's because she put it in boiling water? And correct me if I'm wrong but I assume you put it all together and then bring it to boil? I used to do that and like you mentioned took a lot of time to cook. But adding it to boiling water has changed the cooktime to 2mins like it says in the package. Hope this helps

Im so glad you tried these! I grew up on Maggi noodles, I always knew them as 'two minute noodles' cuz they took two minutes to make! Anyway, I always had them with 5 pieces of salami, and I also always drained some of the broth out (and added salt and pepper). I still eat them to this day, and I still love them.

1.follow the usual steps
2.when the maggi has fallen apart then add the flavor
3.Put salt and peppers (ur choice)
4.put soya sauce
5.put siracha
6.put some red flakes

this is how i make it!
pour water into a pot and let it boil
when it starts boiling or steaming i put in a noodle thing and a seasoning packet. and half of another seasoning packet that is not included. then i let the noodles sit until it starts breaking apart, lastly i mix it and let it sit again and the plate the noodles.
(the stove is on the entire process)

*My recipe is as follows: Maggi double, 430ml water, 2 green chillies, a handful of Julienne carrots, and capsicum after adding it to the water, then turn on the burner. As soon as the water begins to boil, add both Maggie and the packets together and maintain a high flame. Stir the masala and add 1 tea spoon cooking oil, 2 pinches black pepper,1 pinch salt, half tea spoon dark soy sauce, and 1 tea spoon ketup add it as soon as possible within 2 minutes while stirring.after 2 mins turn the gas off, the liquid slowly absorbs into the noodles. Plate it in a bowl instantly.*

Always check whether the noodles are cooked well. 2mins is not the correct time.

Yay!! I love Maggie (bit more than ramen) and yep it’s a bit like curry as it seems you got the masala flavor try the others!
Here’s my favourite Maggi recipe!
(Day 1 of asking for you doing it)
Ingredients:
- Chilli Flakes
- Oregano
- Veggies (green onion, crushed garlic, carrot, etc..)
- Seasoning packet
- Noodles
- Cheese sauce, slices or grated cheese
- Any topping you like :)
RECIPE:
- Bring as much water needed to a boil.
- Cook ONLY noodles first
- While they’re cooking add in the seasoning pack and any masalas like chilli powder, turmeric, etc. in your bowl with the other veggies, toppings, etc.
- When they look like they’re about done, cook about 2-3 spoons of oil till it starts dancing 💃
- strain the noodles for a minute while the oil cools
- Add chives, toppings, a little bit of butter and cheese on top to decorate
- Enjoy!
