    For the people who are worried about the egg being raw, you can get a similar consistency and flavor by just adding everything to the ramen in the last minute of cooking while making sure to continuously stir. You need to have pre beaten the egg, or else you are pretty much guaranteed to have wispy egg white floating around. It doesn't really bother me, so I don't really worry about it.

    For people having stomach issues after eating ramen: it's not only because of spices or MSG, but the preservatives used in it as well. And Shin Ramyun has Maltodextrin in it which causes inflammation in liver especially if you have sensitive stomach with GI issues. I have IBS, so I know this. I'm gonna have to try this one. My favorite is to sauté garlic, onions, ginger, and mushrooms in butter directly in my ramen pot, deglazing 2 to 3 times with a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, sherry, and brown mustard (just a dab or so). Then I add my water and seasoning, bring it to a boil and add my noodles if I'm using packaged ramen. While that's going I beat an egg or three into submission, and when the noodles are almost done I stir the pot briskly and add the thinnest drips of egg that I can, continuously stirring in a circle, so that each drip threads out and cooks almost instantly (like egg drop soup but with the yolks, too), then I serve it up garnished with some green onions and chashu.
    I prefer to make the noodles from scratch and keep a large pot of broth boiling, adding egg and noodles for each serving as I go, because it tastes better, but the downside is I have to stay in the kitchen serving the kids, so I'm thinking about trying a hot pot style, if I can find something big/safe/affordable enough.

    5. Egg
    6. 2 cloves of minced garlic

    Then mix well
    And then I boil the noodles and use a small cup to add a bit of the water to the eggs while stirring and once i feel like its good enough i add the rest of the water with the noodles.

Add egg(s) appropriate to portion size, add thickening agent like condensed milk or mayo, add sesame oil, make sure egg(s) is evenly combined with soup, then add in the noodles to boil with ingredients. Usually flavours the noodles better than boiling in water to soak in soup later.

      The water wasn't hot enough. Nuke it for a min. Heat takes time to transfer.
      Alternatively use more garlic and salt.

    Maybe I'm the oddball, but I've been adding an egg to my Ramen since I was a kid. My friend from Korea showed it to me when we were growing up and I've been doing it ever since. I'll have to give the Mayo a try too now. On a side note, Mayo is great to cover chicken in before dipping it in panko and then frying it.

If I want a creamy broth, I stir the broth into the egg, same as the video.

      because raw eggs are not as dangerous or as bad as westerners think. Do you know Tamago Kake Gohan? it’s a japanese dish consisting of rice mixed with raw egg. Have you ever eat a barbecue meat dipped in raw egg? it’s the most amazing thing in the world, Koreans do this.

      @@Haruuuuu02 raw egg is safe to consume in countries like japan where dishes with raw eggs are popular, but however in most western countries raw egg is not safe to consume. There is strict regulations when jt comes to raw egg consumptions in Japan which is why its safer to eat there or in Korea. I'm not too sure about this but you might wanna search it up

    • @Haruuuuu02
      @Haruuuuu02 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ayohitmanbang2654 I did search it up that’s why I know, yes the regulations can affect it, if the eggs are of very poor quality for example, but it also depends on the eating habit of each person.
      Salmonella is actually not as common as people might fear. Some people just very weak towards raw stuff even when they eat something safe like sushi, some are used to it. That’s why even british people have eggnogs and some gym bros like to put raw eggs in their shakes.
      I’m from Indonesia and even some bbq or hot pot restaurants put raw eggs in their dipping sauces, and so far I’m still alive after eating those. You can see Jeanelle (Lisa’s friend) also did the same with her hot pot dipping sauce and she lives in the US.
