Also you have to take into consideration that grains soak liquids up easily. If you put the seasoning in first and let it mix into the water, the noodles will soak up a flavorful broth instead of just water. They will taste better.

The noodles soak in the flavor better this way. If you add the flavor after the noodles are already cooked then the noodles just soak up plain water, and most of the flavor is just in the broth - not the noodles itself.

The reason why I use the seasoning before adding the noodles is to season the water first. So that the noodles will absorb the flavourful water. They also use this method with pasta and chicken/beef/vegetable stock.

I don't measure how much water I put in, and if I put too much I have to strain it. By adding the seasoning before cooking and then having to dump some of the water out, I'm wasting the good flavor _and_ it's more diluted, so I add it after when I have the perfect proportion of water:noodles.

and here is stuff I concluded:
if you put in the seasoning powder before, the noodles will usually taste better.
I guess that's bcs the noodles absorb the seasoning to a low extend.
however... the noodles also absorb the water less if you do so.
addding the seasoning after will lead to noodles with better texture

I feel like it lets the season mix spread throughout the water more and just adds more flavor to the soup. Of course it depends on the brand and type too. But yeah most times, there isn't really any harm to adding the season along with the soup stock. You should do this for ones that say add the soup later too. Just allows it to mix better and if you are gonna rehydrate the noodles, why not do it with some tasty soup stock rather then hot water?

I do the same thing. I like to add the seasoning packets first. With any instant ramen. I want the noodles to cook with it as long as possible. Personally I prefer to add my flavor after everything is done & in a bowl I feel like the favor is way more concentrated this way, but before my whole life I always did like the video is saying & would boil it until a friend made me the best ramen I’ve ever had since that day I’ve loved it better as one of the last steps instead.
    My Spicy Ramen Recipe
Boil 1-3 eggs depending on hunger😅(I like my eggs at about 11 minutes)
    Add eggs to ice bath
Boil noodles with the same egg water add a lil slice of butter (if I have any I’ll add green onions at this time)
Add to a big bowl & season (chicken flavor is best)
Add some hot sauces (I add a mixture of Tapatio, Cholula, Tabasco)
Make sure you’ve been mixing I like just a lil splash of ketchup too😅
Squeeze half a lemon on top
Chop up & add the eggs
    Then enjoy🤪
Let me know if anyone likes it

while they boil i add the seasoning powder to a bowl, add one tablespoon of garlic paste, 2 table spoons of each soy sauce and sesame oil, crack one egg in it and add 100ml heavy cream to it. i whisk it up real good to have it a smooth broth base, by that time the noodles should be cooked.
so i carefully add the noodles into that base and stir it to warm up the base a bit without having the egg harden. add more and more noodles and stir them in the base until all noddles are in, now start to pour the water slowly into the base and stir it well to mix up nicely.
you now have created the best instant ramen ever with a broth so creamy and tasteful you want to have it every fucking day!
