This was absolutely amazing! I love the 50 sec of work esp with the no repeat workouts bc it helps to really fire up the muscles and get to the point of fatigue when you feel like you’ve done all the reps you possibly can. Loving the upper body workouts! Thank you so much! You are all so amazing! 💕💪🙏🏻
Great workout this morning, loved the moves and the quick workout. Plenty of time to move from dumbbell to workout! This is how I like workouts, strong but not rushed

Thanks Michelle. I had to not use my knees for a couple of days so this workout was perfect timing! I'm loving the no repeats and the posted listing of exercises so can have equipment in place to avoid going up and down as much. Love the series
Hi - I mostly work out to your videos, but I see that I am really bulking up which I don't want, so how can I stop/prevent that. I would also like to know how I can work on my glutes because I find it difficult to lose fat around my glutes and abs. Lastly I am continuosly struggling with low back pain on most strength training.
