I have never lived in a city, only ever visited, however standing in an empty forest, with my dog during a working hour of any day, l have never forgotten what a privilege that is.
I witness evidence of other animals day, and realise it is just that....Another day in which to live, from the grasses to the trees, from the other animals which dwell there, to me, who visits briefly......We eventually all run out of our days.
I guess that's the natural order, to be embraced positively, and whole heartedly, as l only remember passing through this way once.
The forests are magical places! Glad you know the secret! 🥰✌🏼
I’m on my way out the door to work, can’t wait to watch this on my day off tomorrow.
Watched over my lunch break. Enjoyed 👏🏻
Continue to be amazed ,and love the scenery.....truly enjoyable. 😊
Papa❤

Lovely section, I think you're more than capable of 23 miles a day, but it's pretty hard. Simply enjoyable 👏👏

Happy New Year to you and your family

Some people thought this trail was boring, but those people don’t understand how any time spent living in the woods is heaven. I’m glad you get it, Robert. Sorry for my late reply. Have a wonderful weekend, Mister Duffy! 🥰🙏🏼✌🏼
@@Womaninthewoods13 I certainly appreciate the wilderness away from the hustle and bustle of life and will be headed out to hike along the Delaware River in Pa soon. 😄
@@robertduffy4787 Amazing! Enjoy! 🥰✌🏼
As you've said, the trail does seem to pretty much look alike after each step of the trail, but, it is still a beautiful hike and a very well maintained trail overall. All that really matters though is you appear to be enjoying it. You will surely have built plenty of happy memories by the time you are finished with Texas I think. Thanks for sharing your time with us, it is very enjoyable. Take care and I will see you on the next one.
Hi, Mister Campfire! I’m going to try to wrap this series up soon, though, as I have more adventures to share! I hope you had an amazing weekend! 🥰✌🏼
Love this!!!❤ You would be surprised how much different it looks right now! We had 4 days of continuous rain. I wish I could share my pics on here with you! So many natural run offs and all of the creeks were so full! Anyway... I look forward to your videos every week!!!
Hi, Sarah! So great to hear from you. I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos and I can only imagine how different it must look now. We understood when we were there how dry it was compared to how it can be. Thanks for saying hello and please always do. So awesome to have met you on this trail. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. 🥰✌🏼
Good job
Haha, thanks! 🥰🙏🏼✌🏼
I will have to try this hammock camping some time
You doing good
Thanks, Phillip. The last 2 days of this trail were BIG mileage days. And the very last day, it rained. And I loved every minute of it! Thanks for watching and commenting, Phillip. Sorry for my late reply! Have a wonderful weekend! 😊🫶🏻✌🏼
Dropping the pack was a good idea. I might try that whenever I do an out-and-back trail. ... it's not cheating, right?
It’s definitely not cheating. It’s another form of trail magic! 🥰✌🏼
Now that I give you 26 minutes Christina I'm hoping you'll give me 20 minute & watch todays Itchy boots video, even if you only watch the 6 minutes of the Animal portion ,might give you ideas & it's the greatest wildlife video i think I've ever seen
Okay! Can you give me a link to the specific video you are talking about? I’ll check it out.
