Thanks for the video, after searching through countless videos on how to rig a drone rotor, I eventually stumbled on this which I was able to apply and get this thing rigged! I just want to add something though for others like me as initially I wasted my time rigging incorrectly, make sure the very first bone you add is rotated in the correct direction so that the axis matches the models axis i.e. x, y, and z in the same direction, then when you extrude each bone it will be in the correct direction, also, get each bone in the correct position before you add the next bone otherwise, if you rotate that bone later, it will rotate subsequent connected bones breaking the direction, this will make life a lot easier..
Thank you ! this is the best tut I've recieved yet in this category! It apears that you are a REAL educator, and not just an average 'show off' like some of the others on yutube Thanks again mickey dee !
Good and useful tuto, but a little bit of a quick explanation, so I suggest splitting the tuto into many parts with a slow explanation, it will be perfect. THX
At 26:51 you didn't explain how the unit-less Z rotation values of -0.6/0.6 translates to an X rotation limit of -60/60°. I think it's more intuitive to change quaternion (wxyz) to XYZ Euler in the transform panel.

Great tutorial, very clear, very thorough. ...thanks this helped a lot!
Awesome tutorial! Thanks!
Excellent. step by step detail.
I have no work to congrats on your great tutorial. thank you so much for the lovely content.
Thank you very much for this video, Great tut!
thanks, very helpful and clear! thumbs up :)
It would be cool If you would have a tutorial on how to do an IK for the tool center point
