I agree the texture bleed is very annoying.
On my prototypical New Zealand route, the railway line follows a 2 lane highway with passing lanes and complex intersections in rural areas. I've sort of given up because the bleed is just too distracting, and spline roads would be totally unsuitable. I work as onboard crew on the line so know every meter

Using TRS22+ and 2.0 with the hi def terrain makes this job of building your own roads sooo much easier and fun. And they look great, much better than any spline roadway out there. Try it.
anyway to do this and to add moving car splines?
That asphalt spline actually looks very nice, I'm gonna have to go on the download station and download them

this is a really cool way of doing roads, thanks for sharing it. although, as you pointed out, it doesn’t work for every situation. u got any tips for how to transition between these roads into those simple spline/mesh roads for the countryside?
It’s really a matter of sinking the spline road into the ground to be at the proper level and carefully matching up the road markings.
