I like how you made the roads a bit wider than a car. Very realistic. I can't recall where I heard or learned this, but I recall being told that two lane roads are normally designed so that 3 cars can fit (tightly) side by side to better avoid a situation where there might be a head on collision. Very clear explanation!

Could you show me how to create very small clogged drains (eg. 1m width) at each side of road ?
Because in ground tools, the minimum radius is 10m width
