Sim has come a long way from a rubber band. Great video!

Yup. That trucking wheel and stalks are almost the real thing. Makes me think about buying another Moza base. Those are really the coolest peripherals ever 🤭

@@SimulatedDrivingResource I thought so as well. I want a blinker on my base. Lol

I started with teh Xbok 360 wheel....

@tigerbalm666 I was about 12 when I played my father's wheel and pedals. Don't remember what it was but I will be 46 next month.

simagic also has load cell along with position sensor, some people prefer using the position sensor in combination with elastomers, using the load cell some elastomers relax after the initial press and the force read goes down without the leg moving

Ok but it is OR OR not AND then if I understand correct?

@@SimulatedDrivingResource no idea if you can combine them with a % switchover(first 50% load cell and then position sensor), i only know that you can choose between them in the software, havent personally used the simagic pedals

Thank you for the info friend. Much appreciated! 💙👍

@@SimulatedDrivingResource You can use both at the same time, with the software gradually shifting from one input to the other.
The position sensor has more resolution in the low force actuation area, the initial phase of braking, whilst the loadcell has more resolution in the full force actuation area, or hard braking, when the pedal stiffens up.
Having a combined system of hall sensor and loadcell could in theory offer the best of both worlds.
I believe the Moza SRPs also have a hall sensor and loadcell on the brake pedal, with options in Pit House to use either/or, or to use them both, but with a slider to tune at which point during brake application the software “listens” more to the hall-sensor, or the loadcell.

@@tver I guess that could work indeed and I like the "in theory" you included. That is what I am thinking at this moment. Is this really necessary? I mean, you can improve. Hydraulic, haptic, OK, I can see why... but isn't there someting like too much is too much and more to put on the spec sheet than actually improve the sensation at all?

And noone commenting the TM base only has 6 corners 🥰

Had no info on them. I am sure for ADAC I will be able to add them. And I agree. MOZA pushes strongly forward!
