    It's incredible how an effective hip release based practice can change the way your body moves and feels 🧘🏻 Ir was such a liberating experience and a wonderful way to start my day. Thank you Lina for helping us listen to our bodies and be kinder to ourself 🙏🏻

    Day 10: The hips don’t lie, but wow, they sure hold onto everything! 🙈 This flow had me feeling like a rusty tin man at first, but by the end, I was practically floating. Those deep stretches? Chef’s kiss! 👌✨ Thanks for this epic release! 💃❤️
