To close our journey, today’s practice takes you to the serene lakeside in Lithuania, where our retreat takes place. This slow flow is a gentle reminder that yoga lives in the little moments - in the steady, quiet breath, in the pause between poses, and in the way your mind begins to quiet and your body feels more in tune.

    Just wrapped up this beautiful vinyasa practice (I know, I'm a little behind the schedule but I am taking my time and enjoying it, also moving back and forward through the classes and not really following the order just because sometime I need a more active flow and sometime a more gentle one, or even sometime I want to practice the same twice, and Lina has them all!). Today I focused on this gentle flow, and I’m feeling so aligned and connected. The energy of this 15 days challenge really grounded me, and I can already feel the positive shift. So grateful for this Lina! 🌸 If you’re feeling like you need a reset today, I highly recommend giving this flow (or any else on her channel) a try-it's all about reconnecting with your inner peace.

As someone from Lithuania, the lakeside flow felt especially close to my heart. There’s truly no place like home, and the beauty of Lithuanian nature is unmatched.     I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the incredible longer session today. It was exactly what I needed - the combination of yoga and breathwork felt both grounding and rejuvenating. The flow of the session was perfect; I felt gently challenged yet supported throughout. I especially appreciated the way you integrated breathwork to finish the class, which deepened my practice and helped me feel more centered and calm. The cues were clear, and I loved the focus on the fact that "everybody will get to the finish line". I also wanted to mention how much I enjoyed the pacing. I felt like I had the space to connect with my body and my breath. It left me feeling refreshed, energized, and more connected to myself.
