There are so many people suffering from PTSD ranging from combat veterans, rape victims, to abusive dysfunctional families and relationships. These people don't need to suffer for months or years anymore.
After many years of studying and working with clients through stress and PTSD, it finally occurred to me what the reason is that most standard and traditional therapies and treatments for PTSD don't work, even the ones that are known to be the best.
This one thing is critical if you want to completely and totally recover from post-traumatic stress disorder. Yet, it's not or rarely ever spoken about in the traditional therapy space out there.
Why do you think that is?
Why is it that the most important part of recovering from PTSD is rarely ever addressed or spoken about? In this video, I not only share what that one thing is that is the critical difference but how to get the best therapy for PTSD. If you are looking to get over a difficult past trauma and get on with your life in 2019. If you want to get your life back and finally free yourself. Then this video is one to watch.

Thank you for making this video. This is the best explanation ever about PTSD. In just a couple of minutes you show how something that seems to be extremely hopeless, isn't hopeless at all. And it IS easy to get rid off. I know for a fact. I'll share your video with the friends that I know have isolated themselves with PTSD. Your words make sense!

Your welcome, it's my pleasure. It can be a struggle when you don't have many or any good
options. Thank you for your comment!

I agree, this is one of the best descriptions of PTSD I've heard. Thanks.

Can there be physical pain as a a consequence to ptsd?

Thanks for the great question. Yeah, especially if there was physical injury at the same time. There is always an emotional component to pain. But, there is not always a physical component to pain. Any trauma can lead to stress and emotions, which in turn can amplify central nervous system receptor sensitivity, increase existing pain, or be expressed physically as pain in the body. In a nutshell, pain is a feeling that can be caused by emotional tension, chemical imbalance, physical trauma, or poor posture as a result of overuse, under use, or plain old abuse.

My physical pain started because of ptsd or traumatic stressful event. It completely went away when the trauma was addressed.
