I have been learning recently from the book 'the great pain deception', that chronic pain arises out of a lack of oxygen from breath holding and shallow breathing. This triggers tension, the pathway to pain. It is also the case that people with chronic pain don't fully release the air they breathe in, which keeps the nervous system overstimulated. Could you make a video on breathing please?
Oh how wonderful that you're diving into the topic 🥰 Chronic pain is such a curious and layered issue that it really deserves much more attention. Way too many people are stuck with it and never find a way out. But we CAN heal ❤I would love to do some classes on breathing as well!
