Dear Claire I am suffering from stage 4 Metastic Breast cancer. It's in my bones and head. The pain is just unbelievable. Was having a really rough day, the power went out and my hospital bed was stuck. I hurt so bad. Listened to this until the pain meds kicked in and fell asleep. It was blissful. Thank you for helping me. I love ❤️ this.

This is the most amazing meditation I’ve ever experienced! I have endometriosis and also currently have siatic nerve pain. It’s genuinely so painful it is unbelievable. My body goes into panic mode when I’m in slot of pain due to my anxiety but this meditation calms me right down. This meditation not only helps calm me down, but it releases some of the pain and it gets more manageable to deal with. It has stopped me from phoning the doctors or going up to a&e. I just want to say thank you for providing us with such a gift!
I’m recommending it to all my friends and family.
To anyone who is reading this, you are a warrior. I do not know what pain you are going through but I hope that it will pass for you. I’m proud of you for coming to this meditation. Please know that everything will be okay! We can get through this together! Keep fighting warrior🥰 you got this!

My daughter is only 11, but a few days ago she had a spinal fusion of ten vertebrae due to severe scoliosis. Her post operative back pain has been so intense at times that she’ll scream and cry and moan. When she has the muscle spasms, her anxiety goes up & she can’t relax. Tonight during a very bad spell, While we were waiting for her pain meds to kick in, this video helped calm her down & she started to focus on your voice & started slowing her breathing. By the end, she had fallen asleep. I can’t thank you enough for making this. Seeing your child suffer feels unbearable & now I have another tool to help her. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been in pain for such a long time. I'm glad meditation and yoga has been helping. Sometimes there is a psychological element to fibromyalgia, where seeing a therapist might help to shift some patterns. Look up 'reverse therapy', I recently read a little book by John Eaton and he explains some extra things you might be able to do to get well again.

I have healed my body from all pain and I am back to my original state of health with getting sound sleep, a strong sex drive and a body free of pain. I am now enjoying being in a relationship with the woman I love. I am feeling so much better and healthier than I have ever felt in my entire life. I always knew that I could heal from anything and now I have healed from the pain I suffered from and I am enjoying my life again. I am thankful for having gotten through that tough time in my life but I am grateful that I did and showed that I could get through an experience like that. I am now stronger for it and am now living the life I deserve and am enjoying my life again pain free and with someone I truly love and in a body that I absolutely love. I had skin issues, sleep issues and pain. And now my skin is improved, my sleep has become deeper and I am free of all the pain that I used to suffer from.

Every hour the stabbing pains forced me awake, then listeninf to this meditation has helped me go back to sleep before the next wave of pain hits. Grateful to have found this video. 🙏 I am in the process of healing from cycles that have been severe for most of my life. Ive carried the same baggage and pain for around 15 years and having the prompts to release it through this video was so special and healing and really allowed for me to release a lot of pain from my past and sometimes, releasing chronic pain connected to pain from the past has to happen several times before it truly takes. Like applying balm to a wound. Apply and repeat. I had to listen to the video 3 times but on the third round the pain left me and i was able to fall asleep after hours of terrible pain. Thank you for creating a healing frequency. ✨️💖 Sending love to all those who seek this video, you are not alone and there is joy and ease of being on the other side of pain and you will be supported on every step of your journey to it ❤️

I discovered that ambien works just as well, or even better than opioid drugs. It affects the same area of the brain that deals with pain. The only downside is that it makes you sleepy. But when in that much pain, sleep is welcome. My doctor was skeptical, but believed me. He's been my family doctor for 25 years.
My vertebrae are slowly disintegrating every year. It's starting to twist my spine and making one side of my ribcage protrude. The nerves get pinched, and it's a combination of sharp pain and burning pain on one side of my body. It makes my eye water too from pain. Meditation takes the edge off, but sometimes, I have to turn to modern medications to give me relief for a while. Ambien works wonders but has some strange side effects that you need to be aware of. The most common is sleep eating and sleep walking. For me, staying under 10mg prevents that.
Hope you can find some relief.

body did feel relaxed you have s soothing voice and makes me feel sleepy I will try and do this at least once a day. I did feel a little at ease with the pain after I finished the session, I was breathing slowly deep inside the pain was this correct but I found I was little straining on inner breath because I wanted to touch that pain with my breath. But a very good mediation for chronic pain. Pain is something that should be addressed as something occurring and why we don't get pain for no reason there is always reason for everything. But doctors don't want to spend money to research why we get pain or treat the body is only designed to be healthy and pain free so what can be done to become pain free without medication.
Thank you for this wonderful mediation I am so greatful that we have somewhere to come when we are in pain and mediation on out doorstep. I luv yoga and meditation feel it dies relax you to a sleepy state which is wonderful. The body is not designed to be in pain that's why we have a system that heals itself but if that system is unbalanced we are in danger of pain. I need to rid this pain naturally would this make it work I hope. And God bless you to bring this beautiful relaxation to us and your time to clear some pain Thank you

Hi Claire, I think I came across this video at the right time. As for many years I have holding onto a lot of tension in my chest neck shoulders. Also have digestive issues. This evening my pain was off the scale, until I listened to this video. I was totally in the zone and it was simply magical feeling the tightness and pain slip away. Over the years I have tried a lot of meditation videos and this is by far the best feeling I have ever experienced. My mind is clear, my worries have vanished, I feel like a rucksack 🎒 has been removed that has been with me for a long long time. Thank you a million times...

I've suffered with chronic intractable migraine for the past 12 years due to a head injury. The past month has been excruciating, the past 24 hours well beyond what any human should have to tolerate. I've listened to two of your pain meditations so far this morning, and while the pain is still present, I'm way more relaxed. I actually just took this mental journey to a private tropical island and then became a dolphin, swimming without pain, but with complete ease and joy. My mood is better now... I have needed a vacation for about 5years now but have been mostly unable to leave my house. TYSM. I'll be back. XX ❤

Beautiful, as always! I have found comfort in being able to breathe into the area of discomfort/pain from the IBS video (vs putting energy into pushing the pain away as I had been doing) and enjoyed the added perspective in this video to look at the pain in a positive light and gain confidence to move forward without it and manifest it as such!
Keep doing what you do, Clare! :)

I'd like to request if you ever read this, could you do a death and/or void themed meditation video? I'm depressed, and have been for a long time.
