I just want you to remember that nothing worth doing is easy. Also keep in mind that right now you and what your body have to offer is enough on its own for your baby. The love and care you provide them post birth will do the same. You are enough mama. You always will be.
You may benefit from a doula so you have someone to support and advocate for you. They also have virtual ones if there are none in your area. You deserve to feel love and support but I promise you once you're holding that precious peanut you will feel so much love it will empower you to keep pushing forward. You also have a community here to support you. You have my support for sure. Good luck mama!

I would focus on relaxing/creating a spa like environment while also keeping an eye on pelvic posture to increase oxytocin and baby head engagement. Spinning Babies techniques i'm obviously a fan for balancing pelvic floor but a webster certified chiropractor it a great source for that as well. :) keep me updated!

Knowledge is power. You can empower yourself and other young women with your knowledge bc the medical model in the USA does not empower women or encourage bodily autonomy. You may go into medicine: Dr, Nurse, midwife, or doula. And you can always be a labor and birth advocate and educator for women. 🙂
