Furina is a ... complex ... character .... While watching the trailer I realized that her character's role is most like that of an Idol - and we all know there's a dark side to being an Idol. This trailer showed the bright, happy, public show side... If you watch the her story trailer, you'll get a bit more of an idea. I won't drop any spoilers, in case you decide to play Genshin sometime (though there's about 6 months worth of story and character building to get through before you get to Fontaine) but her story (fontaine archon quest pt4) had me crying rivers for hours ... and I hated her character before that.
Yeah, and with how cutesy her demo is, people probably missed her "title": Endless Solo of Solitude, which feels out of place in a fun and happy demo that hinted at her backstory.
Furina is the genshin character that made me cry the most she went from one of the most hated characters in the entire game when fontaine just came out to THE most loved one. Also Neuvilette even tho he looks a bit intimidating i'd say he's the biggest softie here, he's more of a misunderstood emotional guy more than anything else. He's just serious with his job. Navia also made me cry a lot, literally she was in the main story so much and everytime we saw her she'd go through more and more hardships. It just never ends. It went to the point where people thought they changed her voice actor when her demo came out but no its just cuz she sounds happy and we're used to her talking like she in a verge of breaking down. She also has one of the most satisfying gameplays, nuking everything with her gunbrella that does so luch damage plus the loud shotgun sound is so satisfying

If you want to get back to Fontaine, it can be a long ride depending on where did you stop. At least, the story gets whole lot better with Sumeru. BTW, You missed Charlotte's demo.
@@RisstarYT Well! Playing multiple gacha games can be very tiring after all. But if you wanna play only for the story, I think you can enjoy it without farming or pulling.

Sooo Lyney Lynette and Freminet are somehow siblings Lyney and Lynette are blood related while Freminet is their "sibling" from the orphanage (they were risen in an orphanage)
I can't relate to most of the experience regarding Furina, because it turns out most of my speculations as to what exactly the Hydro Archon had been up to were on point (I had it down to two potential game plans for saving Fontaine before picking the wrong one) and so I saw a lot of this coming. Doesn't mean I don't love the character - I just didn't go through the period of hating her to get there.
@@LARVideos A lot of the early storyline IS written to paint her in a bad light, and if you don't start with the presumption (from Nahida's view on her and what we'd already learned about Hydro between Rhodeia, background item lore and events) that the Hydro Archon is highly intelligent, probably conscientious, and extremely experienced at changing perspective... you'd be stuck taking everything at face value.
