Your observation skills is pretty good. You're on point in most of them. Also for the stories for the archons, its better if you play the story since its spoilers to the main game. IE the Archon quest, thats the main story stuff. Also, they just released a new character in the next update in a couple of weeks, that's Baizhu and Kaveh. Also Yuegui, yes its a cute one. But theirs no plushies of that, yet and yes she shoots radishes to enemies and the active character to heal you.
Some of these are Archons: Elemental Gods! Like Zhongli, geo Archon of contracts, earth, …, Venti Anemo Archon God of the Wind and freedom; Raiden Shogun or by her real name Ei Electro Archon of Eternity and lightning or/and thunder. There are other gods but they are bosses or npc type. The Sumeru we just met is Lesser Lord Kusanali or known as now Nahida, goddess of knowledge and wisdom and dendro. The Fontaine Archon we know her name Fochalor, goddess of Justice and water; Natlan Archon is Murata God/Goddess of War and Fire; Tsaritsa Cryo Archon of Snehznaya goddess of ice and something(?).

So all the playable characters except for the main character, Traveler, have whats called a Vision which allows them to manipulate the elements. These Visions are granted to them by the Archons or Gods of those respective elements. Klee's parents are famous adventurers, her mother taught her how to make her bombs and actively encouraged Klee's pyromania. When her parent's left on a big adventure they left her in the care of the Knights of Favonius and Albedo who serves as a sort of big brother to her. One day Klee was trying to make a super duper explosive bomb and blew her workshop sky high, when the smoke had cleared she found in the smoldering ashes a Pyro Vision. I can only imagine that somewhere, somehow the Pyro Archon saw her blow the building up and went "That was the coolest fucking thing I've ever seen, here you go, kiddo!" So Diona is a bartender, as you know, but she fucking hates alcohol. She wants to destroy the wine industry of Monstadt. Her plan was to get hired as a prank and make the worst drinks possible, but strangely enough ANYTHING she makes is delicious and EVERYONE loves it. No matter how hard she tries to make a BAD drink she CANT. You can actually play as the archons and they are very powerful characters. Venti, Anemo Archon. Zhongli, Geo Archon. Raiden Shogun, Electro Archon. Nahida, Dendro Archon. Good luck getting them tho they are limited banner characters.
I don't really want to spoil anything but the story in this game clears up most questions that you might have, The only issue is it takes up your entire life and drains your bank account😪😆

So about diona- buried deep in her lore, her father is an angry drunk and she hates when he drinks so in her mind "alcohol=bad" which is why she wants to destroy the alcohol industry by making horrible concoctions and mixtures to drive customers away but... buried even deeper in her lore, she was blessed by a fairy as a baby so that any drink made by her would be pure and taste like the most heavenly thing ever. No one ever witnessed or saw this happen and she wasn't old enough to remember. no matter how hard she tries to make disgusting concoctions; she only makes delicious drinks and cant figure out why lol.
21:18 it's a little hard to discern from the trailer but Dionne HATES alcohol mostly because she blames it for her dad's drinking problem? BUT she was cursed/blessed by a spirit (often assumed to be Venti) to be the ultimate bartender/mixologist as her drinks are often amazing as a result. So she basically has to work with alcohol all the time to pay the bills despite the fact she hates it.
Didn't realise it was on Aprils fool day, i was genuinely like " yo WTF? What an accurate thinking and then i mistakenly tapped Diona and as the video played" is she doing bartending as forced labour " got me thinking, does she know? She doens't right?? Hahahaha... (Her real name is Amy, it’s really cute) 7:52 she can, but it’s referring to her being undead 9:23 the ball and talisman in the animation are for healing, and the marked enemies heal you when attacked. 19:31 50/50, she’s trying to make a drink so bad the her father never drinks again, but she’s blessed/cursed to literally be incapable of making bad drinks. Her father let others try her concoctions and… now she’s a bartender. 22:22 he manly uses a bow “because it the the weapon I am least adept with” and his skill swaps to water daggers/the polearm in his burst. 41:55 note this is post boob nerf, when she originally showed up in an event her boobs were bigger. But they to keep them from clipping into things they shrank them when making her playable. 45:25 it’s a scale 47:58 she has an ice slash, but the main part of her kit is hard to see in this. You can tap or hold the skill, the tap gives you a stack, 2 stack cause phys damage explosion ( 48:02 this) with the hold. The burst makes a mini sword that grows as you attack, bigger = more damage. 1:08:15 she had a sister and made a puppet of herself (that’s the body you see, the “true her” is in the boob sword in that world you saw) She’s strong but a shit character if you don’t go out of your way to read into her backstory.

I know you were curious about characters that appeared in the demos that didn't have their own -- the reason for this is those characters most likely are 4 Star rarity characters that came out in 1.0 (the release of the game and prior), and so I guess there was no real need to introduce them cause they came with the game. Imo they should get demos, and characters like Kaeya should have theirs remade since they look very dated, his is literally just running around lmao

So all the playable characters except for the main character, Traveler, have whats called a Vision which allows them to manipulate the elements. These Visions are granted to them by the Archons or Gods of those respective elements.

One day Klee was trying to make a super duper explosive bomb and blew her workshop sky high, when the smoke had cleared she found in the smoldering ashes a Pyro Vision.
I can only imagine that somewhere, somehow the Pyro Archon saw her blow the building up and went "That was the coolest fucking thing I've ever seen, here you go, kiddo!"
So Diona is a bartender, as you know, but she fucking hates alcohol. She wants to destroy the wine industry of Monstadt. Her plan was to get hired as a prank and make the worst drinks possible, but strangely enough ANYTHING she makes is delicious and EVERYONE loves it. No matter how hard she tries to make a BAD drink she CANT.
You can actually play as the archons and they are very powerful characters. Venti, Anemo Archon. Zhongli, Geo Archon. Raiden Shogun, Electro Archon. Nahida, Dendro Archon. Good luck getting them tho they are limited banner characters.

buried deep in her lore, her father is an angry drunk and she hates when he drinks so in her mind "alcohol=bad" which is why she wants to destroy the alcohol industry by making horrible concoctions and mixtures to drive customers away but...
buried even deeper in her lore, she was blessed by a fairy as a baby so that any drink made by her would be pure and taste like the most heavenly thing ever. No one ever witnessed or saw this happen and she wasn't old enough to remember. no matter how hard she tries to make disgusting concoctions; she only makes delicious drinks and cant figure out why lol.

21:18 it's a little hard to discern from the trailer but Dionne HATES alcohol mostly because she blames it for her dad's drinking problem? BUT she was cursed/blessed by a spirit (often assumed to be Venti) to be the ultimate bartender/mixologist as her drinks are often amazing as a result. So she basically has to work with alcohol all the time to pay the bills despite the fact she hates it.

Nice video. And yes, Raiden and Xiao are probably the strongest characters in the game. When you add someone with a great Zhongli shield to them and one healer for me, Qiqi is top. So you have an amazing team. At least I have exactly this team. Zhongli, Xiao, Raiden and Qiqi
