It’s so weird coz last night I was up late researching more Japanese and Korean dishes, I’ve been wanting to make traditional yakisoba dishes and udon noodle dishes and then your recipe pops up. Yummmmmm
Thanks for the video! Don't you have to fry the noodles before adding the sauce? Yakisoba, by definition, is "fried noodle". I fry and the proper noodle makes it perfect. It is common sense. From a random website: "You need to let the steam escape, so the noodles are not wet, and preferably make it as dry and crispy as possible. If you prefer drier-style noodles (I prefer mine to have some moisture), fry the noodles first, then transfer them out before cooking the vegetables and meat/ tofu. That way, you don’t have to cook the noodles later on, and the noodles will still stay crispy."
