- This is my stage 2 map , used in my audi a4 b6 avant 1.9tdi pd130 awx. I used this map for almost 2 years without problems.if you like this kind of video , you can check my other videos too and help me with a subscribe.
My car mods:
-straight pipe 63mm
-single mass flywheel ceramic disk(custom)
-front mount intercooler + hardpipes
-AL injectors from ARL
-Hybrid turbo gt1749va with cold side from gt2052v
estimated power -around ~200hp

Hi there very interesting the part where the dur maps correspond to a certain working degree or rpm, didnt know that, always learning, i just have one question, to achieve that SOI you add to work on SOI limiter map a bit right?Or its not necessary? I have a 1752vb in my pd130, and my work on the ecu till now is good, the car feels great, but i have to put FMIC, some IAT temps happening with SMIC. Greatings from Portugal.

Do you have any reccomandation, on a A4 B5, with PD130 engine. 4bar map sensor. PD150 injectors, GT1856V, FMIC and straight pipe? what i should run when it comes to injection quanity etc still runing a stock clutch so dont want to max it out at 250. trying to keep it for a while haha

I have a question. I have vag edc suit but I don’t have the stock map file or any data to change. Can I download it from my ecu through a obd 2 port or do I have to download a file online?

Yes. The gt1749va turbine is only rated to 1.6 bar without egts getting excessively hot. So a gt1752va would only do 2.6 bar boost pressure safely. I dont know about the vb.

turbina aia functioneaza pe asz cu 2350mbar maxim pe harta de fabrica. o poti duce la un 2500...max 2550 ,ca sa nu o violezi prea tare.

Hi i want to do the same thing using the vnt20 (gt2052) cold side with 1749va. I want to know how much diference is in spool time? The lag is much noticiable? Thanks in advance!
there is not such a big difference in spool time. it depends on your afr. more fuel , faster spool.

Hej, i dont get it why it uses duration table 0 only if its 25 degrees before tdc. I mean how should it know how long the injector is gonna be open otherwise ?
the map "selector for injectior duration" at 25 degrees uses duration table 0 that's why
You say on the torque map that it will inject around 75-80mgs instead of the requested 70mgs because you changed the ratio. You never showed that ratio change?
i was talking about duration maps . in duration map 1 ,i inject about 36 degrees at 4k rpm. and 36 degrees its more than 70mg. With stock 520 AR/BA injectors from awx/avf engines you need ~32 degrees at 4000rpm for 70 mg of fuel, but i have 550 injectors from ARL, with bigger nozzle..thats why i said i inject around 75-80mg.

You had to make your n75 setup higher.

@@lukasstiftner1167 i have set it at the High boost to 94% just for it to be around the target but does it not affect the engines "breathing" 😅😅

@@acclrtester183 hello, I would like you to give me your opinion about my stage 2 and also that you guide me to solve my problem is that I have a pressure peak in the duty cycle at 3100-3400 rpm... and I wanted to lower it a bit since I know It goes from 2bar... I want 1.8 bar max.. how can send you my file and my logs

Look for a compressor map and find out the compression ratio.

Its a hybrid turbo. Half its from audi 2.5tdi . The cold side.
