- In this video i make a stage 1 file for 1.9tdi pd130 from vag. This tune can be used in audi a4 b6 , passat b5.5 , golf 4, seat ibiza, seat leon, etc.

in this tune i edited only torque limiter, smoke limiter , iq by map/maf rised limits, soi axes for 60 and 70 mg, edited duration 1,2,3 for 60 and 70 mg, rised boost and atmosferic boost limiter, and rised n75 map in last column to reduce overboost.
How can i get about 1.7bar and 70mg for my asz? Im driving your values now 😅

Just made this map today on my 6 speed AVF audi, must say it drives like a charm.
Can't say about the hp, but on VCDS on channel 20 in engine blocks the torque hits 400nm on 3rd gear pull with gas pedal all the way to the floor, stock it was max 330. Thumbs up for the map.

Hello I have a golf pd130 and I put an EGR suppressor and electronically deleted the value in the egr duty cycle VCDS shouldn't it always be 0 and not vary? mine is always at 19% basically it doesn't vary, it can fluctuate between 4% or 19% or 24% can this be normal?

hi mate i like ur video but u didn't explaine it when u change the value that are to explain like calculating map, can u give us a short explain for soi map,smoke map and boost map?
Im injection duration etc are calculated at 80mg, smoke at 80 aswell as MAF/MAP my peak boost target is 2492 between 2500-3500rpm, is there any room to play with there with boost, mabye same peak boost as yours with N75 table to changed to reduce overboost?

I did exactly as shown on the video but my awx goes like stock. IQ actual is 51.9 max. And some overboost. Can you help me please?
maybe you forget one limiter , or you edited the wrong codeblock.

HI, i have 1.9 tdi agr. i want to do Stage1. I need to change the injection angles after muffling the EGR valve?
on the new cars you need to change the injection maps, but in your car i don;t think so. i have 1.9tdi awx engine, with egr off kit...i drove like this, almost a year without any problems , now i have the egr map filled with 850mg value.but the car drives the same.
Would this work for a B6 passat 1.9 ?

You must copy BIPs from ASZ or ARL file that has BE injectors on your map

What is the name of the program please and is it free?
Why do you use 17 to divide and 1.02 to multiply? What does it mean?
17 is the afr...with no smoke. I divide mg of air to afr17 ..to obtain max mg of fuel i can burn. And 1.02 its just a value to multipy or decrease map values.
So if you want to roll coal you should increase the value like 1200/17? Instead of 1100/17?@@AnotherCarChannel1

Yes, its safe for stock pd130. I don`t have the file anymore..i just made this tutorial and deleted it. The purpose of this file was to show you how much boost ,duration and other values to use in your file.

No, vcds is diagnostic, you need mpps to extract file from cars ECU, then tune maps with this program and write it back in ecu
