As someone who has been skunked fishing but has found a $12 lure while fishing it's a great find
it's always how i end my day of kayak fishing fish or no fish plus i remove as much trash and old line as possible

I went fishing in Yellowstone and because me and my dad had waiters we found a bunch of lures, unfortunately because it was Yellowstone they were all barbless and were pretty old. Still cool though!

Well the expandable pole with the hook was definitely a game changer. Lesson learned. Thoroughly look in trees for better baits in pristine condition. 👊👍

I think you found my axoloto giant swim bait I lost it a month ago I was on a trip stopped at that pond and was joking with my fishing buddies and I tied that on and got snagged😂 but I’m glad that you found it and possibly use it
I was planning to go lure hunting in mid november since they usually lower the river water level down some. I was sad to find out they didnt do it for the year. Anyways i get to enjoy myself by watching one of your videos

Check some of those older antique ones. Found a pair of old discontinued Rapala Magnums in my grandpa's old tacklebox. Both ended going for around $50 combined. Cool finds nonetheless, keep it up!

This is one of my favorite things to do when it’s winter and they start draining the lakes I love walking out where the water should be but it’s not and I love finding all the things that people have lost wether that be fishing lures or just some random things that you wonder what they were being used for

Best find last year was a broken fishing rod with a bait caster bottom half (handle) with a broken spinning rod top. It had a $150 Bass Pro Shops spinning reel I ln perfect condition on it. It had line tangled all over it and was thrown up in a tree a hundred feet away from the water.
I left it up there for a weekend just in case someone had thrown it up there to hide it. On Sunday afternoon it was mine. I cleaned up the inside, put. Lube inside of it, and left it at my parents on a new spinning rod. It was a large reel so it is used for catfish and carp with forty pound braid.

I tried metal detecting around Lake Wallenpaupack when they lowered it and all I found was rusty lures and beer tabs.
The metal plug is the Canadian wiggler

If you take a cigarette and attach it to your pole, you can just burn the line. Specifically the ones that are just wrapped.

I love the video brotha, but when you’re getting this stuff you should just grab a Publix bag and fill it with some line and junk. Not every piece lol just something to influence others and help our fishing environment 💯
