The sauce is phenomenal - I added about 3/4 cup of sliced mushrooms. My mistake: the skillet wasn't hot enough with result that the scallops were not burned but just over cooked - sauce was so terrific the scallops just got lost. As one commenter noted, next time will add peas and the skillet will be HOT!! Thank you!
