I wouldn't consider myself a bootlicker in the past. But at one time , I had respect for the police . I thought they actually cared about the citizens . 🙄Now a decade later , after cell phones and TH-cam , I feel embarrassed and ashamed I was duped into believing the police are the good guys. 🥺
I even gave the police passes and looked the other way when cops detained me illegally , ID'd me illegally , pulled me over for not breaking any laws...WTF was wrong with me back then ?? 🤔😢

In my opinion, many of those who become cops or prison guards - were either bullies as adolescents and wanted to continue being so, or they were bullied and wanted to get even with society. At the most fundamental level, who would like to be a stalking predator all day long, to put people in a gage, ruin people's lives, and get paid for it! What other job can you get with only a high school diploma or GED and make over $70,000.00 yearly? The only requirement is the ability to read- comprehension is optional! Junior officers with a college degree and further military training make far less than that.
