Believe it or not, I'm walking on air...... GAH, too funny. It would be nice if they would put a initial drain plug in the side of the tank or something, so you can drain most of the fluid easily into a container, then have the bottom plug just to drain the last bit into some absorbent rags or something, course that would cost $2 more and make too much sense so..... (yes, I my have issues....) Enjoyed the video!!
Just getting ready to do my case cx37c. looks about the same. I was looking for bleeding the air on it. Concerned about cavitation if it will damage the pump.
Hey...on other videos I saw that they open and close the cover to release air pressure after a couple of minutes working the hydraulics after fluid change...
Hey, Great video. I own a Sunward as well. The manual states to relpace the pilot filter at 500hrs, which would be great if I could find it. Do you have any ideas?
Hey...great info bro...on how to get a top off..and on how to extend ur boom to release all ur fluids...keep it up...its a man's job...
Love the torque wrench click!
put vaseline on the oring. they sell special stuff called trans gel or hydraulic oring lubricant. its just petroleum jelly.

That is an eye watering price for a filter 😲 hope you don't have to change it too often.
Every 1000 hours, Ian. 😳
Hope you're well. 😁

hey, can you make a video of your experience and satisfaction with the machine? maybe also all costs and breakdowns the last year(s)?
Like the old saying, back up til it's expensive.
Nice

Yeah I forgot to add that in as my HYD tank has a vent valve on it so no need to vent excess. Thanks for watching 😁
How do you know when your hydraulic oil overheats and gets cooked?

2 filters in the hydraulic tank, return at the top, suction is down on the side.
how to like these machines
Why not siphon the bulk of the oil out into a container? Way less messy..
A short length of 50mm PVC pipe and two elbows would have avoided all that mess.
Grease your o ring up the next time so it will stick to the lid
What grease? Most destroy O-rings, right?
