    Consistent with my 3.5 sec drop after your aero. Great job man.
    Ps. Highly suggest to switch to 3R and go next level (level of hoosier)

      Gonna build the car to probably run in Street Mod so gonna stick with 200tw tires for a while. But yeah, crazy what a decent aero setup can do.

    Check the pins at the computer, on the cam sensor and verify that the shielding around the 3 wires isnt damaged. I have had to dig out the cam sensors wiring for both heads back to the PCM and replace it due to failed shielding that allowed EMI to ruin the signal.

    my 14 Mustang GT was having cylinder 7 issues and cylinder 4... it got so bad to the point where the engine had to be replaced... eventually the second engine was doing the same thing... but now that this engine is in the car it has a unlimited warranty... it got to a point where Ford had to drill some holes tap them and add extra studs for bracing because the head or valve cover or something was warping too much... I have not had any other issues other than the oil galley plugs blowing out in which Ford replaced them...

    I’m finding that hood louvers and a splitter require a significant rear wing. I had louvers and splitter with a GT 350R spoiler and car was tramlining and unbalanced. For now the splitter came off and it’s more balanced. When I get a wing on the car I should be able to get the rear downforce to keep the car balanced with the splitter back on. I’m just shocked at the downforce of the louvers.

    some thing really easy to try. do a crank relearn on the car. that is what fixed my misfire issue on my GT.

      I remember reading about that. The car came with an nGauge but for whatever reason I never did it. I’ll add that to my to do list.

      I did take a picture of my board setup toget on and off my trailer with the splitter on and want to reset up the trailer in the off season.

      Find a track you can make it to and then sign up with a club hosting a track day there.

    Will you run falkens or yoks? I'm bummed you didn't have a splitter for my c7z but thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I know this is kind of a lot to ask but could you look at the apr splitter for c7z and see if it's decent enough? The big one cause there's is two apr. A small and a full. Also the lg racing splitter. I made my own for my camaro and went 2.5 seconds faster with just splitter. Set angle right and used 12 bolts. Was super strong and had 3/4 inch radiused lip like an air foil. Here's a video that has a picture of it in the thumbnail. Reason I don't want to do this for the vette is I want something that looks better.

      No idea on exact tire yet. I would skip right past APR if you cared about performance. Check out Faircloth Composites. I’m pretty sure he has C7 stuff.

    Dang 2 seconds from just canards? Is that what you normally expect from a car with a similar wing and splitter setup to this one?

      Canards was a 2;08.0 predicted. no canards was a 2;08.3. Now keep in mind I only did 2 sessions with aero and only one qick session with canards but Id say canards we’re worth .2-.5 of a second in my case but that’s about what I’d expect for most of our canards in similar situations.

      I think the $ to performance gain is very small but I could be wrong since I never tan one.

      Yes. Was installed by previous owner. And depends what track your closest to and what clubs go to it. I’ll shoot you an email.

      Check out ABF fabrication in Texas. Their bars are nice and the 4 point installs easier than Watson with no drilling. Rear legs use the rear seatbelt mounting holes. And it’s usable with stock seats and three point belts.
