    I really think sleep is key when it comes to losing weight. I had issues with my husband because of my weight, but when I started to slim down, I ran into insomnia and hormonal problems. Found out about this by chance when I started using a chip from Aspect Health. Got my sleep, diet, and exercise in check and finally started to lose weight - dropped 15 lbs already. There's no quick fix, you've gotta tackle the problem from all angles. You never know, it could be a hormonal issue

    I would LOVE a meditation to reduce sugar cravings/addiction! That has always been my hang up!

      Apple cider vinegar right before bed and in the morning on a empty stomach..

    this really works for me. I went to sleep full with a stomach ache. I fell asleep to this meditation. hours later I woke up with my stomach completely empty and growling. that never happens to me anymore so I am just shocked. usually I wake up still full

    I have been listening to this for about 10 nights. It's definitely cumulative. At first I just starting eating loads of raw veg with grains, maybe a little lean meat mostly not, with great dressings on and choosing fruit. I had some treats, mainly ice cream. The next few days, I walked past the ice cream shop on a walk and didn't notice. After 10 days, I'm reminding myself to eat. I've never had so healthy a diet so effortlessly. And now it's showing up on the scales! Several of my friends are now subscribers too. Thanks so much, this is truly a welcome gift.

    OMG,i miss minced meat pie. I'm from the east coast and now live in Hawaii where there is no such thing as minced meat pie. Anyway, thank you again Tansy bc i suffer from clinical insomnia and your voice truly helps more than medication, which i don't like to take. God bless 🙏 you

    I would love a you affirmations 8 hour video! I've tried others but I like your voice the best ❤ PLEASE! I have severe anxiety and health anxiety and I'm trying everything to get peace in my life. So many symptoms and apparently I'm healthy just stress and anxiety... 😕🤷‍♂️❤️

      U can put it on a loop in the video settings.. settings wheel in the upper right corner-> additional settings-> loop (on)

    Unfortunately being hard of hearing unless I have my hearing aids in & have the volume turned way up I between the background music and the softness of your voice I don’t hear what you say.

      It's not about losing weight while you sleep. It's about modifying behavior when your brain is in a state that is susceptible to influence.

      Alcohol is where many people go wrong when they try to lose weight. They count the calories of food but not in their drinks.
