  • Hi everyone and welcome to this Weight Loss Sleep Hypnosis Meditation spoken by my female voice of Tansy Forrest. This recording is perfect if you are want to lose weight overnight while sleeping and if you are looking for a tool to help improve your overall health and well-being whilst you are drifting off to sleep. As many of you know from my other TH-cam videos I don't believe in diets, instead eating well and maintaining a healthy weight I believe is about balance, moderation and having a little treat now and then so you don't feel deprived. Remember it's what you do that majority of time that counts!
    I lost weight and kept it off with these principles along with daily hypnosis. Now I want to bring this to you too! If you like these principles and ideas then also start writing your food diary.

    6 week and I lose 20 lbs. I listened to so many of your videos now. If I skip a night I usually struggle to sleep! You are a God send

    I've been listening to this video most nights while falling asleep. Without thinking about it I've been eating more healthy foods and smaller portions. I have increased the amount of water I'm drinking. I'm falling asleep quickly and staying asleep.
    It's a great hypnosis video to listen to at the end of my day!

    Hi, I’ve been listening to your outstanding hypnosis every night now for about two months I haven’t seen any difference in my weight, but I must say I do fall asleep, and when I wake up to three in the morning, I listen to it again, and I fall asleep again thank you so much for sharing your amazing knowledge. I am truly grateful any more help on weight loss would be awesome.

    Hi Tansy I listen regularly to your recordings, one I would like is for fussy eaters, I don't eat a large variety of food if I don't like the look or sound of something I tell myself I don't like it, I would love to try new things and increase my food like

    Should we regularly change weight loss meditations? I usually listen to a different one but I have been starting to not respond to it the same so I thought I would listen to this one.

      Yes, you can change weight loss hypnosis and meditations so you can keep the messaging fresh. While repetition is important, I find if I listen to something too regularly i don't seem to be able to concentrate as much so I like to mix up what I am listening. As long as the messaging is similar then changing should be fine - hope this helps :)

      Hi Rita - thanks for your comment. I only put ads at the start of my sleep hypnosis never in the middle not sure why this has happened. Sorry to hear you got woken up :(

      I listened to this hypnosis video last night while falling asleep. It's so relaxing; I fell asleep quickly and had a great night's sleep. It's exactly what I've been looking for. Your calm soothing voice is such a gift. Great suggestions on healthy eating and lifestyle.
      Today I made good food choices and drank plenty of water! I'm going to listen to it every night for several weeks. Thank you Tansy!

      Yes if you want to lose weight that is! Try listening tonight and repeat for a few days and then let us know if you feel differently about food and exercise habits.

      You start of listening while awake and then if you fall asleep listening that is fine you will still subconsciously hear the hypnotic messaging
