    I am committed for the 30 days and will share this with my friends who may also benefit from it and will come back in 30 days and share my thoughts and feelings about it Along with any resutts Achievements I have gained .     I just came back from the Endocrinologist appointment. He put in a prescription for Ozempic. He suggested by pass surgery. I told him after surgery if mind is not fix, the weight comes back. I told him ill do hypnosis, Im only 175 lbs but 5' 1". Hypnosis worked for me before, its time to revisit it

    I can't believe you say that is fine to fall asleep before the end..... then a LOUD commercial comes on and wakes you up again grrr. You do have a beautifully relaxing voice though.

    Some people cant be hypnotized. Ive watched a professional mass hypnotize a crowd and she even explained that certain people cant get hypnotized. I forgot the reasoning. Thought i would share that tho just in case this video didn't workout for some people, and they might think hypnosis is BS. It's not BS. it's just some people can't benifit using this modality

      Great point. Hypnotizability (potential to be hypnotized/respond to suggestion) exists on a normal distribution. Scientific speak, that means most people are somewhat hypnotizable, and people that are highly AND lowly hypnotizable are rarer. The cool thing is, research has indicated that with practice and a strong belief in hypnosis working can increase their hypnotizabilty over time. So, even people that are low in hypnotizabilty can make hypnosis work for them if they are willing to practice. ✨

      And just want to add, stage hypnosis and clinical hypnosis are very different. Although they may use similar techniques, the intent behind the technique is different. Stage hypnotists aim to entertain. Clinical hypnotherapists aim to heal.

      I stopped listening unfortunately, my MH took a turn for the worse + I have ate quite a lot of my emotions. This is a good listen tho as is Michael Seely, he has a very calming voice to

      Wished I weighed 131.
      I'm 5 ft 2 inches at 220. Extremely obese due to pregnancy 5 years ago and my hormones made me put on 70 lbs even after birthing a child, the weight kept escalating. Pregnancy Hormones are a nightmare.

    I did relax and eventually fall asleep but the music doesn't last long enough for a night's sleep. I was jolted awake by a car rental commercial.

      I don't have premium but someone mentioned in settings > additional settings > loop video, you don't get the ads at the end. It just plays the video over n over. I just do this now. Hope it helps ❤

    I find that the music is too loud. 😮
    I am waking up before the video ends because the music is too loud but I have to turn up the volume so I am able to hear your beautiful calming voice in the beginning.
    Any way this can be adjusted?
    Otherwise I love your approach with the hypnosis. ❤

    😁daughter has the same belief about white clothes … absolutely won’t wear due to thinking she will spill something on them! - got it from her father tho who she heard him state he wouldn’t ever want to wear white for same reason. 🤦‍♀️

    Day 3 i realized the last 3 days the reason I felt different about food is because I’ve been listening to this
    First 3 nights I fell asleep first 10-15 mins but last night I forced myself to stay awake so I could hear all the words ❤️💓💓 no meditation weight loss has ever dramatically helped me like this one
