I've been working out for more than 2 years and I started being 5'.7" and 56kg. I'd recommend you to start bulking and not caring about having visible abs. You have to train abs but if you want to stay lean you won't progress.

Yes you can, it wont hurt you, or affect ur growing , Letsgoo beat that sht off, I recommend you to start calisthenics is more fun than a gym u can do it everywhere
