I really wanna know if Colton‘s muscle up technique is legit because he’s gaining a huge advantage by using his momentum kick for his press out. You’ll notice he waits for his feet to come up behind him before pressing out and using that momentum to drive the press out. I know there’s a rule that the toes can’t go above the bar before you get above the bar, but his toes are actually actually going to the bar when he presses out on the backside. I wonder if there’s any rule against that? For Crossfit elites the press is the hardest part of the muscle up not the pulling It’s a pretty cool technique if it’s legal.
Pardon my ignorance if I'm wrong. Honest question looking for clarification. Is this Koski's submitted video? I know he has a judge to verify but wouldn't the black and white be considered an edited video?
If yes then the test is not balanced when you have enough modalities it shouldn't eg throw in some hyrox, burden runs, rowing etc. wod science has a good video correlation with size is smaller than one would think (and that's me saying this as a tall guy)
Damn that was cool to watch, Colton almost catching Koski just in the last two rounds after being 16s behind is awesome. This was the best one so far!
This was awesome to watch! You could really see how Colten had a perfect though out plan and the way he caught up to koski in the end was impressive!
They both have such beautiful form in their movements
Coltens little scorpion flick is. Neat trick to get up on the bar muscle up. Did anyone else see that?
I would love to see Koski from the side angle. Perfect form from Mertens.
Stellar movement quality from both athletes. 👏 🎉 🦇

Why do sharks like to visit Koski?
Because he lives in FIN-land.
Koski is flawless 👏🏼🤩

It’s in color on his channel.
Looks like Arielle still has the world record for the fastest first 5 rounds lol

Colten’s 1st set of BMU look like no reps. He’s swinging too much, he’s locking out as he descends and showing no control at the top of the rep.
